1. I couldn’t return the power bank.
- Still in Korea & within 5 days: Return it to the nearest Piggycell station. Contact support if you cannot locate one.
- Still in Korea & after 5 days: The power bank is automatically considered lost. Full charge and loss fee will be deducted.
- Left Korea: As Piggycell is a domestic-only service, any unreturned power bank taken overseas is considered lost. Fees will apply.
2. Paid but didn’t receive a power bank?
After completing the payment via Alipay or PayPal, you must return to the Piggycell rental page for the power bank to be dispensed.
Please reopen the Piggycell page from your browser tab or app history.
If the power bank still doesn’t come out, contact customer support.
3. Can I return the power bank to a different station?
Yes, you can return it to any nearby Piggycell station, not just the one where you rented it.
If you cannot find a return station nearby, please contact customer support for assistance.
