1. How is the pricing and payment processed?

Payment and Usage Information

Foreign users are required to make a prepayment at the time of rental.

This includes:

• Hourly usage fee (maximum charge cap applied)
• Service deposit

The power bank can be rented for up to 120 hours (5 days). If returned within this period, the actual usage fee will be deducted and the remaining balance refunded automatically. ※ Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, up to 7 depending on your card issuer.

If the device is not returned within 120 hours, it will be automatically marked as lost, and the full prepaid amount will be forfeited. ※ Once marked as lost, the power bank becomes your property.

2. When will I receive my refund?

• Returned within 3 minutes: Immediate cancellation.
• Returned after use: Refund processed immediately minus usage fees.

※ Refunds take 3–5 business days, or up to 7 depending on your bank/card provider. If you haven't received a refund after this period, please contact customer support.

3. I want a refund.

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

• Power bank malfunction not caused by the user
• Rental issues (e.g., payment made but no power bank dispensed)
