- If damaged by user (e.g., dropped, water exposure): USD 16.88 (incl. tax) will be deducted from your prepaid amount. This fee is non-refundable.
- If product defect (e.g., worn charging cable, charging failure): No fee will be charged. Please contact our customer support to report the issue and get further assistance.
2. I lost the power bank.
- In case of loss, USD 16.88 (incl. tax) will be deducted from your prepaid deposit. This amount is non-refundable.
3. The power bank isn’t charging.
- Press the POWER button once (located on the side of the power bank).
- If it still doesn’t charge, please return it and rent a new one.
- Report the issue to customer support for review and guidance.
